"After many years living West of Boston and a brief stay in the Seaport District, we decided to look for a new home on the South Shore. Luckily, we were introduced to Jeff Alexander, who became our buyer’s broker. Jeff spent a significant amount of time showing us various South Shore towns and neighborhoods in which we might be interested. Jeff provided insights about the towns and houses we were seeing but never pushed his views on us or vetoed a house or area we were interested in seeing. Almost without exception, the houses that Jeff picked to show us were better candidates for us than the houses that we had picked to see. Jeff has a really good sense of the real estate market on the South Shore. He presented various houses and neighborhoods in a way that allowed us to really understand the pros and cons of each. Jeff is a skilled communicator and an effective deal-maker, and we are so grateful for the professional and constructive manner in which Jeff helped us navigate the entire process of purchasing our home in Cohasset.
